SoSo is Jerome & Co.'s second maison — a 20-foot-ceiling space anchored by a 12-foot faux oak tree, herringbone wood floors, and curtained service alcoves, built for clients who want a little more theater with their blowout.

Founder & Master Colorist
Jerome’s passion for hair color began at just 14 years old, when he started his career with Jacques Dessange in Tours, France. From the very beginning, color became more than his profession — it became his true passion and the artistic language through which he could help every client feel beautiful, confident, and uniquely herself.
His talent and dedication soon led him to Paris, where he spent several years working alongside renowned stylist Alexandre Zouari and caring for an international clientele that included celebrities and other high-profile personalities, frequently landing his work on the covers of magazines such as Vogue and ELLE. Throughout his career, Jerome has traveled around the world to serve private clients and share his expertise through professional education.
In 2005, Jerome moved to the United States to work with Frédéric Fekkai in Palm Beach. He quickly became recognized for his sophisticated approach to color, particularly his beautiful blondes, natural balayage, and ability to create personalized color that complements each client’s individual style.
In 2019, Jerome opened his first Jerome & Co. salon in Jupiter, Florida. Seven years later, he is expanding his vision with Jerome & Co. SoSo, now open in West Palm Beach.
After more than four decades as a colorist, Jerome’s greatest passion remains unchanged: his clients. For him, success is not only about creating beautiful color — it is about building lasting relationships, supporting his team, and creating a salon where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

With over 10 years of experience behind the chair, Giselle is a dedicated hair color specialist who focuses exclusively on creating beautiful, customized color.

Florida native Jesalyn is a luxury color specialist passionate about creating effortless, lived-in color that enhances your natural beauty. Specializing in custom balayage, dimensional blondes, and seamless color, she creates healthy, low-maintenance looks that grow out beautifully.

Sabrina is a passionate French hairstylist with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. Originally from Paris, she has developed extensive expertise in haircutting, coloring and styling techniques throughout her career. Her experience allows her to understand each client’s individual needs and create personalized, natural, and elegant results while always respecting their personality and style.
Passionate about her craft and always keeping up with the latest trends, Sabrina especially enjoys creating beautiful, dimensional color and effortless haircuts that are easy to maintain and wear every day. After decades of working in Paris, Sabrina is now continuing her professional journey in Florida, bringing the same passion, attention to detail and that French flair to every one of her guests.
Stylist
David was born and raised in Colombia. Growing up, he developed a discerning eye and love for style and fashion. He started his professional career as a hairstylist working in Palm Beach, Miami and Greenwich. Now he’s bringing his passion and artistry as a stylist to the Jerome & Co. team.
David is known for his ability to create a versatility of looks, from sophisticated to beachy. With a sharp attention to detail, David understands the power of a great haircut. His motto is: healthy hair is beautiful hair. Outside of the salon, David likes to attend live music events and enjoys spending time outdoors.
Stylist
With 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Kayla is a professional hairstylist with education and training from Frédéric Fekkai. She specializes in customized haircuts, hair extensions, and keratin treatments, with a passion for creating beautiful, polished looks tailored to each client’s individual style.
Her goal is to enhance each client’s natural beauty while providing a personalized experience that leaves them feeling confident and looking their best.

With over 25 years in the beauty industry, Marta began her hairstyling career on Long Island and has trained and worked with respected names including Maximus, Frederic Fekkai, GLAMSQUAD, Oribe, L’Oréal, and Bellami Hair Extensions. She specializes in bridal and event hairstyling, curly and textured hair, keratin treatments, hair extensions, and textured men’s cuts.
Combining luxury, technical expertise, and personalized service, Marta helps every client feel confident and beautiful. Outside the salon, she enjoys traveling, crafting, and pursuing continuing education — creative passions that continually inspire her artistry and keep her approach fresh, thoughtful, and uniquely personal.

With over a decade of experience, Amanda is a highly skilled stylist specializing in precision cutting, men's grooming and fades, curly hair, event styling, and tape-in extensions. Her advanced training through Platinum Hair, Anushka Spa & Salon, and PJS Barbershop has refined her ability to deliver tailored, polished results for every client.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and warm, personable approach, Amanda is dedicated to creating a luxury salon experience that feels both elevated and welcoming. She believes exceptional hair is achieved through expert technique, thoughtful consultation, and a commitment to helping each client look and feel their absolute best.

Sara Jade is a stylist with decades of experience in the industry. She began her career at Warren Tricomi in uptown New York, working alongside Edward Tricomi, where she mastered the art of the dry cut and developed her passion for cutting and design. She also worked behind the scenes at high-end fashion shows and photoshoots. Sara Jade later moved downtown to John Dellaria in SoHo, where an eclectic clientele of artists and creatives inspired her to push boundaries and bring greater edge to her work. Her career then took her to Palm Beach with the team at Frederic Fekkai, followed by Red Market in Bal Harbour after she moved to Miami.
Cutting is Sara Jade’s true art form. She approaches each client individually, creating shape and movement that complement their features, personality, and lifestyle. For Sara Jade, being behind the chair is about more than creating a beautiful haircut — it’s about crafting something personal and helping every client leave feeling completely confident in themselves.
Esthetician
Uslin Wood is an acclaimed Licensed Aesthetician based in South Florida, widely recognized for her highly customized, results-driven approach to medical and clinical-grade skincare. Known for her technical precision and warm, educational bedside manner, she has built a loyal clientele seeking long-term skin health and rejuvenation.
Rather than utilizing a one-size-fits-all methodology, Uslin focuses heavily on skin barrier repair and localized clinical analysis. Her professional signature is her dedication to client education; she frequently guides individuals step-by-step through their treatments to explain how specific ingredients interact with their biology.
Nail Technician
Originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands, Kiesha brings over 20 years of experience to the nail industry. She specializes in artificial nails, custom nail art, and complete manicure and pedicure services.
For Kiesha, nail care is about more than just aesthetics — it’s about building lasting relationships and providing a safe, welcoming space where clients can relax and express themselves. What she loves most is bringing her clients’ ideas and inspiration to life, transforming each nail into a personalized mini canvas.
