These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jeromeandco.com (the “Site”) and our text messaging program, operated by JD Salmon, LLC, doing business as Jerome & Co. (“Jerome & Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or our text messaging, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
About the Site
The Site provides information about our salons in Jupiter and West Palm Beach (SoSo), our services, our team, and links to book appointments online. We work to keep it accurate, but services, prices, hours, team members, and other details may change without notice.
Services and pricing
Prices shown on the Site are starting prices and are provided as a guide. The final price of a service depends on factors such as hair length, density, condition, the time and products required, and the stylist performing the service. Some services are priced upon consultation. Your stylist will be happy to discuss pricing before your service begins.
Appointments and booking
Online booking is provided through Meevo, a third-party booking platform, and your use of it is also subject to Meevo’s terms and privacy policy. An appointment is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us or from the booking system. Any other appointment policies provided at the time of booking or by the salon also apply to your appointment.
Cancellation policy
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling a service. Any service canceled less than 24 hours before its scheduled start time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. To cancel or reschedule, please call or text us at (561) 675-0800.
Text messaging terms
Program description. Jerome & Co. offers text messaging to clients of our Jupiter and SoSo (West Palm Beach) salons. When you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example when booking an appointment, at the salon, or by texting us — you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates, and you can text our team and receive replies about your appointments and services. Promotional messages are sent only if you have separately agreed to receive them.
- Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversations with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or product.
We do not share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Consultations, allergies, and results
Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, recent chemical services, or medications that may affect your hair or skin before your service. Some color and chemical services may require a patch or strand test. Results vary from person to person depending on hair history and condition, and we cannot guarantee a specific result. If you are not happy with a service, please contact the salon promptly so we can review it with you.
Products
Retail products are subject to availability. Product descriptions and pricing may change. Please contact the salon about returns or exchanges of retail products.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, logos, the Jerome & Co. name, and design — belongs to Jerome & Co. or is used with permission. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use its content for any other purpose without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any unlawful way, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any systems connected to it.
Third-party links and content
The Site contains links to and content from third parties, including Meevo, Instagram, and Google Maps. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jerome & Co. and its owners, employees, and stylists will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the Site or our text messaging means you accept the updated Terms.
